PINA COLADA
DRINK INGREDIENTS:

1 part (50 ml) MALIBU RUM 1/2 part (25 ml) coconut cream 1.5 part (75 ml) pineapple juice Fresh pineapple wedges.

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add MALIBU and coconut cream. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top off with pineapple juice. Garnish with fresh pineapple.

 

BLACK COLA
MIX HIGHER-PROOF MALIBU BLACK WITH COLA FOR A SIMPLE BUT BOLD DRINK TO START THE NIGHT RIGHT.
DRINK INGREDIENTS:

1 part (50 ml) MALIBU BLACK 2 parts (100 ml) cola Lime wheel
HOW TO MIX THE DRINK:

Fill a chilled highball glass with ice cubes. Add 1 part MALIBU BLACK. Top up with 2 parts cola. Garnish with lime wheel.

 

BLACK SUNSET
THE PERFECT COMBINATION AS THE SUN GOES DOWN – CHOOSE ALMOND OR ORANGE, THEN ADD A SPLASH OF CRANBERRY AND A SHOT OF MALIBU BLACK. 

DRINK INGREDIENTS:

1 part (50 ml) MALIBU BLACK Splash of almond-flavored liqueur or orange juice Splash of cranberry juice1 orange wedge

HOW TO MIX THE DRINK:

Pour MALIBU BLACK over ice in a rocks glass. Add a splash of almond-flavored liqueur or orange juice and cranberry juice. Garnish with an orange wedge

 

BLACK GINGER

SPICE IT UP AND COMBINE THE BOLD FLAVOUR OF MALIBU BLACK RUM WITH FIERY GINGER ALE.
1 part (50 ml) MALIBU BLACK 2 parts (100 ml) ginger ale 1 lime wedge 2 slices ginger Fill a chilled highball glass with ice cubes. Add MALIBU BLACK. Top off with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime wedge and two slices of ginger.

 

BLACK LIGHT

ENJOY THE TASTE OF MALIBU BLACK RUM IN A LIGHTER WAY, BY LENGTHENING WITH PINEAPPLE, LIME AND SODA.
1 ½ parts (75 ml) MALIBU BLACK3 parts (150 ml) pineapple juice Splash of fresh lime juice Soda.Pour the ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

BLACK STORM
TAKE ONE SHOT OF BOLD MALIBU BLACK, LENGTHEN WITH COLA, AND GARNISH WITH CHERRY AND LIME. 

1 part (50 ml) MALIBU BLACK 2 parts (100 ml) cola 1 cocktail cherry 1 lime wedge

Stir all the ingredients on rock ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a twist of lime and a cocktail cherry.

1 part (50 ml) MALIBU BLACK Cinnamon sugar1 lime wedge

Pour chilled MALIBU BLACK into a shot glass. Enjoy the lime dipped in cinnamon and sugar when the glass is empty. 

 

MALIBU BLACK Pineapple (Shot)
NEXT PARTY, WHY NOT BE DARING, AND ADD PINEAPPLE AND PEPPER TO AN ICE-COLD SHOT OF MALIBU BLACK RUM. 

1 part (50 ml) MALIBU BLACK 1 dash pineapple syrup Black pepper

Pour chilled MALIBU BLACK into a shot glass. Add a dash of pineapple syrup and dust with fresh ground black pepper.

 

MALIBU BLACK Cocorinha
LET THE FRUIT DO THE WORK, AND FILL YOUR GLASS HIGH WITH ICE AND A SHOT OF MALIBU BLACK RUM. DELICIOUS!

1 part (50 ml) MALIBU BLACK½ fresh orange½ fresh lemon 1/5 parts (10 ml) simple syrup

Muddle chunks of orange and lemon in a rocks glass. Add

BLACK and simple syrup, fill up with crushed ice.

 

MALIBU SUNSHINE - Sun Spray
THE PERFECT SPARKLING SUMMER COCKTAIL TO START THE EVENING: MALIBU SUNSHINE, LEMON SODA, AND LIME. 

50 ml (1 part) MALIBU SUNSHINE 100 ml (2 parts) lemon soda lime wedge

Pour the ingredients over cubed ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a twist or a wedge of lemon

 

PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE DAIQUIRI

1.5 parts malibu pineapple upside down cake

1.5 part pineapple juice

1/2 part lime juice

Build ingredients into a shaker and shake. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

 

MALIBU PINA COLADA CAKE

1.5 parts malibu pineapple upside down cake

3 parts coconut water

wedge of lime

Build over an ice in a rocks or Collins glass, squeeze lime and stir.

 

MALIBU PINEAPPLE PIÑA PROSECCO

2 parts malibu pineapple

squeeze lime

top with sparkling wine
MIx ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with a strawberry or lime slice

 

MALIBU SWIRL PUNCH
DRINK INGREDIENTS:

5 parts malibu swirl

1 part lime juice

2.5 parts cloudy apple juice

2 parts ice tea

1/2 part simple syrup

Muddle the blueberries and the sugar syrup in a punch bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Fill generously with ice and stir. Garnish with sliced strawberries and blueberries.

 

MALIBU SWIRL & LEMON-LIME SODA
DRINK INGREDIENTS:

1 part malibu swirl

2 parts lemon lime soda

Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with an optional lime, lemon or orange wedge.

 

ORANGE FLOAT & GINGER BEER
DRINK INGREDIENTS:

1 part malibu orange float

2 parts ginger beer

Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with an optional lime, lemon or orange wedge.

 

SANDY FEET
DRINK INGREDIENTS:

1 part malibu peaches and cream

2 parts orange juice

wedge of lime

Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

PEACHY LEMONADE
DRINK INGREDIENTS:

1 part malibu peaches and cream

2 parts lemon lime soda

wedge of lime

Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

ASIAN PEACH MELBA
DRINK INGREDIENTS:

1 part malibu peaches and cream

1/3 part lemon juice

1/3 part simple syrup

piece of ginger

Pour all ingredients together with a scoop of crushed ice into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a couple of raspberries and lemon grass.

 

TROPICAL BANANA & COCONUT WATER
DRINK INGREDIENTS:

1 part malibu tropical banana

2 parts coconut water

wedge of lime

Add ice cubes to a chilled highball glass. Add Malibu Tropical Banana and top up with Coconut Water. Garnish with a squeezed lime wedge.

CAPTAIN & PINEAPPLE

1.5 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum

4oz Pineapple Juice

Combine Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum and pineapple juice in a glass over ice

Garnish with a fresh slice of pineapple and a mini umbrella

 

COQUITO   For 16 Servings.

1.5 cup Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum

1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups (1 15 oz can) cream of coconut

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp vanilla

Cinnamon Sticks

Mix all ingredients in a blender at high speed.

Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour

Shake well before serving.

Serve cold in a small glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

 

SPIKED EGGNOG

1.5 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum

3oz Eggnog

Cinnamon and cinnamon stick for garnish

 

BLACKBERRY MOJITO

1.5 oz Captain Morgan white Rum

8 Mint leaves

8 Black berries

Juice from 1 lime

1oz Simple Syrup

1 Cup of Ice

Soda Water

Clap the mint in your palms to release the aromas, and place it at the bottom of a tall glass.

Slice your lime into pieces and place on top of the mint.

Add the simple syrup on top of the mint and lime. Muddle gently to release the lime juices.

Fill your glass 3/4 full with crushed ice (important to use crushed ice to ensure maximum flavor).

Pour in Captain Morgan White Rum and soda water. Stir well.

Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint spring.

 

CAPTAIN & ICE TEA

1.5 oz Captain Morgan OSR

3 oz Ice tea

Lemon Garnish

Combine all ingredients in a glass over ice

CAPTAIN CAIPIRINHA

1.5 oz Captain Morgan White Rum

Half lime, cut into wedges

2 tsp sugar

In a glass, muddle the sugar and lime.

Fill with ice, add the CAPTAIN MORGAN WHITE RUM, and stir briefly

Garnish with a lime wheel

 

SUGAR & SPICE MULE

1.5 oz Captain Morgan White Rum

2 ozGinger Beer

2oz Cranberry Juice

Garnish with fresh cranberries or lime

Combine Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, 

Ginger Beer and Cranberry juice in copper mule mug over.

Top with ice and garnish with fresh cranberries and lime.

 

LAVA FLOW 4 servings

6 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum

10 ozFrozen Strawberries

8 oz Pineapple juice

8 oz Coconut cream

2 Cups crushed Ice

Fresh pineapple wedges for garnish

In a blender, combine Original Spiced Rum and strawberries.

Blend to a puree. Transfer to a clean pitcher.

Clean and wash out the blender. Add pineapple juice, 

cream of coconut, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth

Divide strawberry rum puree among 4 serving classes. 

Slowly pour pineapple coconut mixture into the glass. 

The red mixture will evenly swirl with the white mixture

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve immediately.

 

HOT TODDY

2 oz Captain Morgan Gingerbread Spiced

0.5 oz Honey

6oz Hot Water

1 Lemon Wheel

Combine Captain Morgan, honey, and hot water in 

small pot and heat over stove

Being careful not to spill or burn yourself, 

pour hot drink into mug and garnish with lemon wheel

BACARDI MOJITO

2 parts BACARDÍ Superior rum

4 lime wedges

12 fresh mint leaves

2 tsp extra fine sugar

1 part soda water / club soda

Sprig of fresh mint

BACARDI LIME & CRANBERRY

2 parts BACARDÍ Lime Flavored Rum

4 parts cranberry juice

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Pour in the BACARDÍ Lime Flavored Rum, followed by cranberry juice, and give it all a gentle stir.

Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

BACARDI COOKIE CRUSHER

75 ml BACARDÍ Coconut rum

12-13 Chocolate Crème Cookies

Pour 750ml BACARDÍ® Coconut Rum into a large bowl, add 13 crushed Chocolate Crème Cookies and allow to infuse for 3 hours.

Strain infusion with a cheesecloth and funnel back into the bottle and chill.

Serve liquid chilled in a shot glass. Enjoy!
